The WDMX1 system consists of base station connected to a PC either directly by ethernet cable or WiFi. These base stations each is capable of controlling up to 3000 wireless DMX controllers within a radius of 100m (open space, like building exterior) or up to 50m in enclosed indoor environment.

The DMX512 control signal are generated by our software in the PC, these signals are then transmitted through the wireless 2.4GHz signals to the wireless DMX receivers. The connection and control from the DMX receivers to the DMX512 controlled lights are standard DMX512 signals. This means all types of standard DMX 512 controlled lights are standard DMX512 signals. This means all types of standard DMX512 enable lamps will be able to operate with this system.

This system eliminate the need to lay control cables when old lighting system is replaced by new LED system. Testing of each point is also simplified by just clicking on the link LED on the wireless DMX receiver to confirm if a good connection with the based station is established
